Added Sprites: Alternate SSG Raise

Alternate lift-up frames for the Super Shotgun i made for Tei Tenga.
Original arm sprites by JoeyTD, i just edited it to make the arm and hand position to feel more natural and added them to the iD Vault extended sprites + a PerKristian smooth SSG frame.
